1. About the service

CarDealClarity (ABN 65 681 621 554) provides AI-generated vehicle reports to help used-car buyers assess listings. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

2. What CarDealClarity is not

• Not a mechanical inspection. Always get an independent inspection before purchasing a vehicle.
• Not financial advice. We do not provide investment, lending, or insurance advice.
• Not a guarantee of vehicle condition, history, or value.
• Not affiliated with any dealership, manufacturer, or listing platform.

3. Reports and accuracy

Our reports are generated using AI analysis of publicly available data, the information you provide, and (where applicable) official PPSR records. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

Market valuations are estimates based on comparable listings and should not be treated as formal appraisals.

4. PPSR checks

PPSR (Personal Property Securities Register) checks are sourced from the official Australian government register. Results are accurate as of the time of the search. CarDealClarity is not responsible for any information that was not recorded on the register at the time of the search.

5. Payments and refunds

• Free preview: No payment required. Includes a basic market position and risk assessment.
• Deal Clarity Report ($9.90 AUD): Detailed analysis including negotiation messages, cost projections, and seller checklists.
• Full Protection Check ($16.90 AUD): Everything above plus an official PPSR vehicle history check.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Refunds are available if the report could not be generated or contains a significant error. Contact support@cardealclarity.com within 7 days of purchase.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information when using the service.
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Do not rely solely on our reports when making a purchase decision.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, CarDealClarity's liability for any claim arising from the use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from decisions made based on our reports, including but not limited to vehicle purchases, negotiations, or financial decisions.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and technology on this site are owned by CarDealClarity. Reports generated for you are for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
